Job Description

We’re thrilled to partner with a beautiful, privately-owned small animal hospital in Siloam Springs, AR, that’s eager to welcome a new graduate veterinarian into their supportive and collaborative team. This is a practice that truly values mentorship, learning, and long-term professional growth — making it an ideal place to start your veterinary career with confidence. The hospital operates from a modern 5,000 sq. ft. facility that’s been thoughtfully remodeled to support both staff and patient comfort. With five exam rooms, a dedicated surgical suite, and a full in-house IDEXX laboratory, you’ll have access to top-quality diagnostic and treatment tools including ultrasound, digital X-ray, and digital dental radiography (coming soon!). You’ll work alongside two highly experienced and enthusiastic doctors who genuinely love mentoring early-career veterinarians. Their structured mentorship approach includes hands-on surgical coaching, case review sessions, and guided clinical discussions — ensuring you feel supported as you grow your skills and independence. A 2:1 technician-to-doctor ratio and a dedicated support team of 12 long-tenured professionals mean you’ll always have the help you need to focus on learning and patient care. This hospital offers a nurturing environment where you’ll never feel rushed or left behind. You’ll gain real-world confidence managing diverse caseloads — from puppy visits to senior wellness and routine surgeries — with the reassurance of having experienced mentors by your side every step of the way. Compensation is competitive, starting at $100,000 base salary plus 20% production (no negative accrual). You’ll also enjoy a 4-day work week, CE allowance, PTO, DEA licensing, and a wellness stipend.
