Associate Veterinarian - flexible work - 4 day work week! 🩺

We are a busy multi-doctor practice seeking a full-time associate veterinarian to join our welcoming team! Located just outside Hot Springs Village, only about 20 minutes from Hot Springs National Park, our clinic offers a supportive environment with advanced resources, including a full in-house Idexx Laboratory, digital radiology, ultrasound, laser surgery, and therapy laser. We provide comprehensive small animal medicine and surgery, with opportunities for limited equine work. Whether you're a new graduate or an experienced veterinarian, we'd love to hear from you! Our work schedule is 7 hours per day, 4 days a week, plus a half-day every third Saturday. On-call duties rotate one week on and two weeks off, from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. We offer a competitive salary based on experience, a monthly production percentage bonus, and emergency pay at 50%.
