Job Description

Timber Trails Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our growing, privately owned practice just 25 minutes from downtown Little Rock. This position offers an excellent work–life balance with a 4-day work week and no weekends, holidays, overnights, or on-call responsibilities. We are a fast-paced small animal practice with a wide variety of cases including preventative care, internal medicine, urgent care, and dentistry, with optional opportunities to work with large animals and exotics if desired. Our team values collaboration, mentorship, and practicing quality medicine in a supportive environment. New graduates are welcome, and we are happy to provide guidance and support as you grow in your career. Candidates must hold a DVM and a current Arkansas veterinary license (or be eligible). We offer a competitive benefits package including PTO and sick leave, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401(k), professional dues, PLIT coverage, and a CE allowance. As a growing practice with multiple DVMs, we are excited to add another veterinarian who values teamwork, strong medicine, and a healthy balance between work and life.
