Whether you're greeting clients at the front desk, answering questions over the phone, or helping guide pet owners through important medical visits, your compassion and professionalism help create trust and confidence in our hospital. Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role: Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments efficiently Obtain and accurately document patient histories and client information Verify vaccination and testing records Communicate patient arrivals and treatment needs with the medical team Process invoices, payments, and financial transactions Assist clients with prescription diets, flea and tick preventatives, and over-the-counter products as directed by a veterinarian Maintain accurate patient records within veterinary software systems Support daily hospital operations and help ensure a smooth client experience Deliver a hospitality-focused experience that exceeds client expectations What We're Looking For: Passionate about customer service, hospitality, and helping others Committed to building a long-term career in veterinary medicine Compassionate, empathetic, and people-focused Calm and professional in fast-paced situations Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented A positive team player who enjoys collaborating with others Comfortable educating clients and communicating clearly Passionate about creating exceptional client and patient experiences Previous veterinary reception experience preferred Medical reception experience considered Strong customer service or hospitality background required Experience with veterinary practice software is a plus Basic knowledge of veterinary preventive care, vaccines, and wellness services is helpful Benefits Paid time off Health insurance Dental Insurance Vision insurance Employee discounts Flexible schedules 401K with company match Training and Career development  About All Pets Animal Hospital - Bentonville All Pets Animal Hospital of Bentonville is a thriving small animal practice in beautiful northwest Arkansas.
