Requirements
A highly rated small animal hospital in Barling, AR is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its 4-doctor team! This is a wonderful opportunity to join a respected, community-focused practice that is rated among the best veterinary hospitals in the area. Full-time and part-time schedules are both available, so you can choose the balance that suits you. The hospital is a gorgeous, purpose-built standalone facility with modern technology, including digital radiography, ultrasound, and a full in-house laboratory. You will have everything you need to practice high-quality medicine. The caseload covers wellness and preventive care, vaccinations, diagnostics, dentistry, soft tissue surgery, nutrition, critical care, and end-of-life services, and walk-ins are welcome. What makes this role stand out is its flexibility. If you love wellness, preventive medicine, and building lasting client relationships, there is a real home for you here. Several of the doctors on the team love surgery, so you are free to focus on your strengths or explore new areas as you grow. You will join a collaborative team of four doctors with a strong culture of peer-to-peer support. They work alongside fantastic, high-functioning veterinary technicians and assistants, all fully utilized, and a dedicated practice manager. The atmosphere is warm, family-friendly, and fun, often with music playing in the back. Client relationships are central to everything the team does. The hospital is open Monday through Saturday and closed on Sundays. Barling is a safe, friendly small town on the edge of the Fort Smith metro.
