Requirements
I’m partnering with a well-established, AAHA-accredited emergency and specialty hospital in Mobile, Alabama, that is looking to welcome an experienced Emergency Veterinarian to its growing team. This is a high-performing, multi-disciplinary practice with a strong reputation for collaboration, clinical excellence, and clinician support—backed by the stability of a larger, veterinarian-led organization. The hospital offers 24/7 emergency care alongside specialty services, including Internal Medicine, Surgery, and Urgent Care, creating a dynamic caseload and a true team-based approach to patient care. You’ll be working in a modern, well-equipped facility with experienced technicians, strong leadership, and a culture that prioritizes teamwork, communication, and compassion. Emergency doctors here are well supported by specialists and benefit from an environment where medicine is practiced at a high standard without working in isolation. This group is veterinarian-led and employee-owned, offering doctors a genuine voice in the future of the practice, with opportunities for advancement, leadership, and even shareholder status.
