Requirements
We are working on behalf of a community-focused small animal practice in Killen, AL that is looking to welcome an Associate Veterinarian to its team. The hospital has its own local identity, team, and culture, and is backed by the resources and support of a large national network. You will practice alongside an experienced group of veterinarians, technicians, and support staff, working closely with the Hospital Manager and Regional Director. What really sets this role apart is the flexibility. Doctors can choose from three or four day workweeks, a rotating 3/4/3 schedule, or a weekend-only schedule, and the team is genuinely open to building a schedule around how you want to work. The full-time compensation structure (based on 40 hours per week) is $130,000 to $160,000 plus production, with a no negative accrual option available, and signing, retention, and relocation packages of up to $100,000 are on offer. Other schedules are paid in line with hours worked, and full benefits are available from 30 hours per week.
